💼 Drop shipping has been my chosen business model for the past 9 months. I have experimented with over 22 different stores and tested multiple products to find the winning formula. Scaling Up the Store

⚡ Scaling up a drop shipping store requires careful planning and execution. Initially, our store had a daily spending limit of $50 due to some payment issues. However, after resolving those problems and implementing effective marketing strategies, we managed to increase our daily spending to $884. To reach my goal of $40,000 net profit in December, I need to scale up to $3,000 daily spending while maintaining a healthy return on ad spend (ROAS).

Overcoming Challenges

⛰️ Scaling a business is not without its challenges. We faced setbacks, such as credit card issues and limitations on daily spending. However, we remained proactive and sought guidance from mentors in the marketing field. By continuously improving our ads, optimizing fulfillment processes, and providing excellent customer support, we have been able to overcome these challenges and set ourselves up for success.

📊 Setting clear numeric goals is essential for tracking progress and staying motivated. When I started this journey, my initial goal was to reach $100,000 in revenue by the end of 2023. However, as our store started performing exceptionally well, we revised our goal to achieve $10,000 net profit in December. Surpassing this target, we now aim to reach $20,000 net profit, which requires a daily spending of $1,400 before December 1st.
