2. How to register and log in to Shulex VOC
2.1 Register an account
A. You can register by visiting the Shulex official website at https://www.voc.ai/ and clicking on the registration button located on the navigation bar to access the registration page.

Email + Password Registration
Fill in your email and password at this page, and after confirming your password again, click on “Continue”.After filling in the registration information for email, you will receive a verification email automatically sent by Shulex. Click on the link in the verification email to complete the registration.

2.2 Log in to Shulex VOC

II. Account Management
1. Account information binding and unbinding.
After successfully registering an account, you can view and modify your personal information in the user center.

Step 2: Click on the version logo in the lower right corner and select “User Center.”
Step 3: Bind/Unbind/Modify account information.
1.1 Modify your username
Click on ‘Change’ and a pop-up window will appear where you can modify your current username. You can use a combination of English letters, and numbers, but please do not use any special words.
1.2 Modify your password
If you haven’t set a password before, clicking on ‘Change’ will prompt you to set a password directly. Simply follow the instructions provided to set your password.
If you have already set a password, clicking on ‘Change’ will require you to enter your current password and then enter your new password.
Tips:If you forget your current password, click on “Forgot Password” to retrieve it on login page or contact Shulex customer service (partners@shulex-tech.com) for assistance.
2. Member management
This feature is available for team plan. After subscribing to the team plan, you can manage members within your current tenant. On this page, you can view, add, and delete sub-account.
Page path: User Center –> Add Member (or click on the ‘Add Member’ sidebar to enter directly).
2.1 Add members
Currently, you can add a sub-account using an email address. After entering the email address, you will receive a verification code email. Once you enter the verification code, the sub-account will be successfully created. Once the sub-account configuration is complete, the sub-account can log in using the email and verification code. Afterward, they can modify their password.
Tips:The email of the added sub-account needs to be a email that has not been registered with Shulex before. If you need to add a phone number that is already registered, please contact Shulex customer service (partners@shulex-tech.com) for assistance.
Currently, the Team plan supports up to 3 sub-accounts by default. If you need to add more sub-accounts, please contact Shulex customer service (partners@shulex-tech.com) for assistance.
2.2 Delete members
Click on the delete button on the right side of the sub-account to delete the current sub-account.
3. Subscription Management
On this page, you can view your account’s payment version information and request an invoice.
Page path: User Center –> Subscription Management.
- Click on “Download Invoice” to obtain the invoice corresponding to your billing statement in PDF.
- Click on “Cancel Subscription” to end your current subscription. You can choose to cancel immediately or cancel at the end of the current billing cycle.

1. How to install Shulex VOC plugin – 3 major routes, all to Rome.
1.1 Download from Chrome App Store Recommended

Open Purple Bird, go to “Plugin Center” and search for “Shulex” to install it with one click.

1. How to create a report
Take a moment to think about the goals I would like to analyze with this report; e.g., a single Asin focusing on a breakthrough, or multiple Asins looking at a brand or category.

Enter the name of the report (not the Asin you want to see), select the corresponding site; enter or upload the Asin file (pay attention to the formatting of multiple Asins when entering).
Now give the Shulex AI model some time to get and analyze the data for you, and help you fill in the full amount of reviews from our database (Amazon currently limits the number of reviews visible to 100 on the frontend, so you’ll be hard pressed to find a tool on the market that can fill in the full amount for you, like Shulex); non-U.S. sites are a little slower in translating for you, so it’ll be a bit slower.
2. How to View Analytics

2.1 Product List
If we haven’t decided on the scope of ASINs for the report, it’s possible that we may need to add or remove some later. Shulex supports quick editing within the report to accommodate these changes. This can be done easily at the top of the report.
Tips:On this page, variant folding will be performed. If the ASINs you uploaded belong to the same parent ASIN, the parent ASIN and the number of variants will be displayed.
2.2 User Profiles and Usage Scenarios
Shulex uses its self-developed algorithm model to analyze who the current product consumers are, when, where, and how they use the current product. If you need to stock up one day, use Shulex to check the crowd and timing first. For objects with poor sales and seasons, let’s stock up less and reduce inventory to prevent risks.
Consumer portraits include: who, when, where, what and data from all reviews added to the report by adding ASINs. The AI intelligent model of this module will first identify relevant reviews and then extract them. For example, if my child uses AirPods every day when running in the gym, it will extract child, every day, fitness place, and exercise. Shulex’s exclusive algorithm will automatically summarize and count this information.
The chart shows the number of each label, and the red and green colors divided by 0 represent the user’s sentiment towards it; green represents satisfaction, and red represents dissatisfaction. Clicking on “View Analysis” allows for further analysis, which jumps to the details of that label: trend chart – the number of mentions per month, product mentions – which product mentions this label more (can also switch to the most positive or negative proportion), and view corresponding original voice – consumer’s real expression (each original voice has an AI intelligent label).
Clicking on “Deep Analysis” will take you to a detailed analysis page. The first thing you will see there is more information about the labels related to personal characteristics, usage time, usage location, and behavior.
You can switch to tables or even trend forms independently, allowing you to compare data at the same time points or within the same periods. This enables you to discover more subtle changes that may not be easily noticeable.
Usage time, usage location, and behavior can be cross-analyzed with the product price, brand, and seller covered in the current report. For example, by crossing the price (brand) with the usage location, you can obtain where the price (brand) is more discussed. You can also switch to star ratings or the number of products to analyze the rating and product layout in more detail.
The usage scenario section will provide statistics on the mentions and examples of the scenario (only as an explanation of the left label, not necessarily containing or fully containing the following situations). The data comes from all the comments added to the current report’s ASIN. The AI intelligent model of this module will first identify relevant comments and then extract them. For example, if someone says “When I tried to listen to a song with these headphones, I could only hear the sound of the instruments, but not the vocals,” the scenario of “listening to music” will be extracted, and Shulex’s exclusive algorithm will automatically summarize and count it, without missing any possible situations.
The chart shows the number of each label (currently displaying the top 10), and the proportion is the number of that label divided by the total number of labels extracted from the comments in the report. Labels outside the top 10 can be downloaded via the download button (currently up to 30, or the actual number if less than 30). Clicking on a label allows for further analysis, which jumps to the details of that label: trend chart – the number of mentions per month, product mentions – which product mentions this label more (can also switch to the most positive or negative proportion), and view corresponding original voice – consumer’s real expression (each original voice has an AI intelligent label).
2.3 Rating Optimization (Core Insights)
Insights into so many valuable points but not knowing which one is more important to consumers, one’s own intuition and experience often rely on luck, especially in unknown industries. In the market, it’s all about who can meet the consumers’ most important points first. Now, Shulex Intelligence obtains and combines the proportions from facts to determine the star rating. You can directly access the most current demands. Once we design our product to dominate the market, sales will naturally follow.
The star rating influence is divided into four quadrants formed by two coordinate axes. The horizontal axis corresponds to the star rating, while the vertical axis corresponds to the mention frequency (proportion). The data comes from all the reviews of the added ASIN in the current report, and the AI intelligent model of this module will extract corresponding tags (consumer focus points). Starting from the top left quadrant, it represents the most mentioned and low-rated focus points by users in the current report. The bottom left quadrant represents the less mentioned but low-rated focus points. Both of these quadrants require close attention to prevent similar situations and lower ratings. The bottom right quadrant represents the less mentioned but high-rated focus points, while the top right quadrant represents the highly mentioned and high-rated focus points. These two quadrants also require close attention to seek iterative design improvements to enhance the ratings.

Amazon limits the visibility of 100 reviews, so you won’t find a tool on the market that allows you to see all the reviews for a given ASIN. Shulex supports filtering and searching, as well as the ability to view only reviews with images. Each review also includes consumer focus points extracted by AI (including those generated by AI tag tools).
You can enter keywords in the search box of other filters to locate the original text containing those words (tags cannot be searched, but can be drilled down by clicking on the insights module). Shulex also supports selecting only reviews with images, filtering by star rating or time, and sorting reviews by the number of likes in descending order. You can also download the selected reviews.

3. How to start free trial?
After registering an account with Shulex, users can activate a trial version which requires binding credit card information. The trial period lasts for 1 day and during this time, users will have access to all the features of the Pro version.
After the 1-day trial, if you are satisfied with the product’s features, Shulex will automatically upgrade to the official Pro version and charge $99month.
If you are not satisfied during the trial period, you can go to the User Center – Subscription page to cancel your subscription. Alternatively, you can contact Shulex customer service for cancellation.

2.Common Plugin Issues
2.1 How to Set Plugin Language
1)Click on the logo icon on the right side of the page.
2)Click on the settings button in the sidebar.
3)Select the language you want to display.
2.2 Why can’t I see the translation feature? How do I use the translation feature?
1) Set the plugin language to the language you want to translate.
2) Once the language is set, you will see a translation button checkbox on the main interface. Check the box to enable translation.
Note: The translation feature is only available in non-English environments.
2.3 How to handle plugin overload or “at capacity” error message?
1)Please try clearing the cache in the plugin settings and then retry.
2)If clearing the cache doesn’t work, please contact Shulex customer service for further assistance.
2.4 How to handle the “frequent access” error message in the plugin?
1) If you have VPN enabled, please turn it off and try again.
2) If you don’t have VPN enabled, please switch to a different network (change Wi-Fi or temporarily use mobile hotspot), or wait for 2 minutes and then refresh the page. This should resolve the issue. (Note: Please avoid refreshing the page during the waiting period.)

3. Web APP Common Issues
3.1 How to deal with “Failed to collect data” while creating a report ?
1) Check if you have exceeded the limit for adding ASINs: You can only add up to 30 ASINs at a time when creating a report. Please check if you have exceeded this limit. If you have more than 30 ASINs, remove the excess ASINs.
2) Check if you have exceeded the daily limit for creating product sets: For the Personal version, you can create up to 20 product sets per day, and for the Team version, you can create up to 100 product sets per day.

2. When creating a report, it shows “Frequent access.”
1) If you have VPN enabled, please turn it off and try again.
2) If you don’t have VPN enabled, please switch to a different network or wait for 2 minutes before refreshing the page. This should resolve the issue.
3) If the issue persists after refreshing, please contact customer service for further assistance.
3.2 Slow Loading of Reports
It usually takes 1-30 minutes to complete the report analysis, depending on the number of comments, network speed, server load, etc. If the data has not loaded after half an hour, please contact Shulex customer service for assistance.
4. Common Account Issues
4.1 How to Change Username and Password
1)Click on the “User Center” located at the bottom left corner of the dashboard.
2)Click on the corresponding button in the account information section to make the desired changes.
4.2 How to get an Invoice
Page path: User Center –> Subscription Management.
- Click on “Download Invoice” to obtain the invoice corresponding to your billing statement in PDF.

4.3 How to Set Up Sub-Accounts in the Team Version
Click on the “Member Management” option in the sidebar to access the management interface, where you can create and delete sub-accounts.

4.4 What should I do if I paid for a membership but cannot find my previous payment account?
Please check if you used a different platform account to purchase the membership, for example, if you were a paid member of SellerSprite and used your SellerSprite account to purchase a Shulex account. In this case, you can log in to your SellerSprite account and then navigate to the Shulex system interface. From there, you can go to the personal center to bind your WeChat, phone number, or email, and then use these methods to log in to your Shulex account.
