The fourth tab shows call charges by location and duration. This tab allows you to see where across your company, by location, your money is being spent. You can filter this information using Power BI and immediately change how the graph looks and how the information is being displayed.

Conferencing is another part of all of this and attracts charges as well but slightly separately and differently from PSTN calls.
