Step 1: Login VOC.AI
1.1 How to enter the User Center
Step 1: In the bottom right corner of Personal Information, click Account Information to go to the User Center.
Step 2: In the account information, you can modify your username and password, and bind/unbind your email, phone, and WeChat.
2. Modify User Name
Click Modify to modify the current user name in the pop-up window. Support, English, Chinese, numbers mixed, please do not use special vocabulary.
3. Modify Password
If you haven’t set a password, click Modify to set a password directly according to the prompts; if you have set a password, click Modify to enter the original password as well as the new password.
4. Bind/Unbind/Modify Mailboxes
Click the blue button next to the mailbox to bind/unbind/modify the current mailbox. After you enter your mailbox, VOC.AI will automatically send a verification email to the corresponding mailbox, enter the verification code and the operation will be successful.
Note: If the modified email address has already registered a VOC.AI account, it can’t be bound to this account, and you need to unbind it by logging in through your email first.
If you don’t receive the verification email, please check the spam folder of your mailbox; if you still don’t receive it, please send it again or contact VOC.AI customer service.
Team member management
1. Add Sub-accounts
Currently, Team Pro supports 5 sub-accounts by default, if you need to add more sub-accounts, please contact VOC.AI Customer Service.
2. Delete Sub-account
Click the Delete button on the right side of the sub-account to delete the current sub-account.
Subscription Management
In the current page, you can view the account paid version information and invoice.
Path: User Center –> Subscription Management
Click “Invoice”, you can get the invoice strategy, follow the steps in the document to get the invoice.
Note: Please do not click cancel subscription at will, all functions will be unavailable immediately after canceling. Please contact VOC.AI customer service if you have any questions about subscription and payment.
