What is a Knowledge Base?
Large model training is based on general public data, making it difficult to accurately respond to specific questions in enterprise or professional domains. The knowledge base acts as an extended data repository for the Agent. When Solvea encounters an unknown question, it can search the knowledge base and, after analysis and refinement, generate a suitable answer for the user.
As long as knowledge has been created, uploaded, or synchronized in the knowledge base, Solvea can access it at any time. The currently supported methods are as follows:
