Manually Add Knowledge

You can add knowledge in three formats: Q&A, Document, and Product.

1. Q&A Knowledge

For each entry, you must write a standard question and its corresponding knowledge (answer).

2. Document Knowledge

This supports directly saving content in the form of a knowledge document.

3. Product Knowledge

This supports the structured storage of product information, making it easy to accurately retrieve knowledge (e.g., brand, category, product name, promotional activities).

Step-by-Step Guide

① Navigate to Knowledge CenterKnowledge Base. After batch uploading your existing knowledge, you can quickly add it to the corresponding intent library or use it as an answer in customer conversations.

② After clicking Create New, a pop-up window will appear. Choose from Q&A, Document, or Product, then click Add Manually to proceed to the editing page.

③ Edit and organize your content on this page.

④ When the knowledge you’ve added is applied, tags can help Solvea retrieve it more accurately

⑤ Select Save to add the knowledge to the Knowledge Center, allowing Solvea to learn it. Select Publish Immediately for Solvea to begin using this knowledge right away.
