Manually Adding Tags
Follow these steps to manually add your tags:
Step-by-Step Guide
1. “Report” —> “Tag Data Analysis”.
2. Click on “Tag Setting”
3. Select the “Add New” option.
4. Enter the “Tag Name” and “Tag Description” for each new tag.
5. After uploading all tag data, click “AI Testing” to verify the tagging status of the currently selected data.

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Go to “Report” —> “Tag Data Analysis”.
2. Click “Confirm”. Once confirmed, every new incoming conversation will be automatically matched to the relevant tags. This data will be compiled into reports and can be synchronized with your connected ticketing systems (e.g., SHULEX, Zendesk).
