Using Predefined Tags
Step-by-Step Guide:
Navigate to “Report” > “Tag Data Analysis”.
Click on “Tag Setting”.
Select “From Template”.
Enter the category you need to add (supports fuzzy search).
After all tag data is processed/loaded, click “AI Testing” to test the tagging status of the selected data.

Step-by-Step Guide:
Go to “Report” > “Tag Data Analysis”.
Click “Confirm”. Each new incoming conversation will be mapped to the corresponding tags, and reports will be generated. These reports can be synchronized with your ticketing system (e.g., SHULEX, Zendesk).
