This function inspects response content to identify and flag any violations of platform rules.
1. List of Check Items
● Internal Message External Link Check: Verifies if the response content includes non-Amazon links.
● Inducing Consumers to Off-Platform Transactions: Checks if the response contains content that attempts to guide consumers away from the Amazon platform.
● Inducing Feedback, Review Deletion, or Comment Solicitation Check: Examines if the response includes requests for buyer feedback, positive reviews, or offers compensation for review deletion/modification.
● Soliciting Consumer Private Information Check: Determines if the response asks buyers for private information such as email addresses or contact details.
● Disparaging Competitors Check: Checks if the response contains content that disparages other sellers or products.
2. Enabling Platform Compliance Checks
① Go to **AI Security** -> **Service Quality Checks**.
② Click to enable a check item. Once enabled, a settings pop-up for that check item will be displayed.
③ Choose whether you want Solvea to **Reply Only** or **Stop Replying and Transfer to Human Agent** when this rule is triggered.
④ Select the service flow(s) for which you want to enable this check item.

3. Disabling Platform Compliance Checks
① Go to **AI Security** -> **Platform Compliance Checks**.
② Click on the quality check item you need to disable.
③ Select the service flow(s) from which you want to disable it.
④ Click **Disable** to turn off the selected check item for that flow.
