AI-Driven Prompt Refinement

Solvea offers a convenient way to refine an Agent’s performance. When you receive a reply that isn’t quite right, you can optimize the Agent’s underlying task instructions directly from your inbox.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Find and Rate the Message

① Go to your Inbox and select the message you want to improve.

② Below the message from Solvea, click the Dislike (👎) button.

Step 2: Generate AI-Optimized Instructions

③ From the options that appear, click AI Optimize Agent.

④ In the text box, describe your suggestions for improvement (e.g., “be more concise,” “use a friendlier tone,” or “include a numbered list”).

⑤ Click AI Optimize.

Step 3: Review and Apply the New Instructions

⑥ Review the optimized PE (task instructions) in the bordered view.

From here, choose one of the following options:

⑦ Optional: Click Compare to jump to screen ⑩ to view a comparison of the PE (Task Instructions) before and after optimization.

⑧ Optional: Click Copy to open the editor for the optimized PE (Task Instructions). This will take you to screen ⑪, where you can re-edit the Agent.

⑨ Optional: Click Re-optimize, and the AI will generate a new set of task instructions.

⑩ This screen displays the before-and-after comparison of the PE. From the bottom right corner of this page, click Copy and Continue to go to screen ⑪, the editing page for the optimized PE (Task Instructions), where you can re-edit the Agent.

⑪ This is the editing page for the optimized PE (Prompt), where you can re-edit the Agent.
