Batch Uploading Knowledge
The system supports batch uploading of knowledge from files. Supported file formats include Excel, CSV, PDF, TXT, and DOCX, with a maximum file size of 20MB1.
🌟 Note: The primary batch upload functionality is optimized for Excel and CSV formats.

Step-by-Step Guide
① Navigate to the Knowledge Center → Knowledge Base1. Create a destination folder for the new knowledge set1. This practice facilitates easier location and management of the information later1. (If an appropriate folder already exists, you may skip this step).
② Select the desired knowledge format (Q&A, Document, or Product), and then click Batch Upload to open the editor1. Within the editor, select the Batch Upload option to proceed.
③ Download the corresponding upload template to ensure your data is formatted correctly for ingestion.
④ Create and apply relevant tags to the knowledge you are adding1. Tags enhance the AI agent’s ability to accurately retrieve this information.
⑤ Select the destination folder for the new knowledge to ensure it is properly organized for future access and management.
⑥ Choose one of the finalization options:
- Save: Stores the knowledge in the Knowledge Center, where the AI agent can learn from it.
- Publish Immediately: Makes the knowledge active and available for the AI agent to use in real-time responses.
