What is an Agent?
An Agent is a system powered by large language models that simulates human reasoning and actions. It autonomously understands user needs, proactively plans solutions, and utilizes various tools to not only respond accurately but also handle complex business scenarios.
Examples include: product information lookup, product recommendations, real-time logistics tracking, updating delivery details, processing returns or exchanges, issuing price adjustments or coupons, and generating invoices.
A Solvea Agent consists of four key components: Agent instructions, tool invocation, standardized response handling, and escalation to human agents when needed. In addition to standard Agent capabilities, Solvea Agents offer enhanced AI safety and self-learning features to help organizations address business challenges more accurately and comprehensively.

Agent Types
Solvea supports both Single Agent and Multi Agent configurations, allowing you to choose the best fit for your scenario:
Single Agent: Ideal for simple tasks, where one Agent handles all responsibilities—like an all-in-one customer service representative. Fast and centralized for straightforward needs.
Multi Agent: Designed for complex tasks, with multiple Agents collaborating as a team. Each Agent has a clear role, enabling flexible and efficient handling of intricate workflows.
Tip:
When an Agent needs to process a large amount of information, using Multi Agent helps prevent confusion over key details and task flows. Multi Agent structures combine several Single Agents, dividing responsibilities so each Agent can focus on its specific tasks.
