② Fill in the Card Name (e.g., “You might want to ask about”), Category Name (e.g., “New Arrivals,” “Discounts & Offers”), Button Name, and Action. You can instantly preview your edits in the dialog box on the right.
- Currently supported button actions include: Smart Reply, Redirect to Link, Template Response.
