1.visit social media monitoring

2. Search Keywords

Search options: Using the “and” option ensures that search results include all keywords, or use the “or” option to match any keyword.

Additionally, you can set a specific time range, apply advanced filters to exclude irrelevant data sources or match patterns, optimizing your search results.

Viewing results: After clicking search, you will see relevant posts from different social platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, news articles, etc.

These contents will contain the keywords you set. You can sort results by “latest,” “most interactive,” or “most commented” to quickly find the most relevant content.

3.Create AI Report

Now, artificial intelligence (AI) is changing the market, and we are also using this technology to help you complete daily projects more efficiently. We are delighted to present to you a powerful social media AI report!

Getting Started: First, visit the search page, then click the “Create Report” button.

Without any action, a daily summary of social media news will be sent directly to your email. 6. Report Management

In the social media monitoring panel, simply click on the report name you want to view to easily access the specific report content. Depending on your needs, you can also perform the following operations: Rename report: If you need to more accurately describe the report content or simplify the report title, you can modify its name at any time. Delete report: For reports no longer needed, you can choose to delete them from the system to keep the panel neat and organized.
