Social Listening Launched!

Our Social Listening is now on the scene!🚀

Guess what? Our Social Listening is launched! It is a powerful tool that can help you stay ahead of the competition and identify new market opportunities.

Please note that this new feature is only available for the Team and Enterprise versions of the product. We invite you to take a look and see how it can benefit your team!

Social Listening allows you to keep track of what people are saying about your brand across multiple social media platforms. By receiving daily or weekly updates about your brand, you can stay ahead of any possible issues and respond quickly to any negative mentions.

2. Preventing PR crises

By keeping an eye on negative topics and mentions about your business, you can quickly identify potential PR crises and take action before they escalate.

3. Improving customer service

With Social Listening, you can stay informed about customer feedback regarding your brand or products. You can also identify influencers who are related to your products in the industry, and use this information to promote your products or enhance customer service.

4. Market research

Social listening can help you identify hot topics and find mentions of your industry or products across social media platforms. By staying on top of the latest trends, customer opinions, and competitor activities, you can make informed decisions and stay ahead of the competition.

Tutorial 🌟

Here are some tips on how to use the Social Listening feature:

1. Navigate to Social Listening

Login to your account. Navigate to the left-hand panel and locate the Social Listening feature. Explore the new AI-powered feature and take a look at the demo reports.

2. Search keywords

Tracking keywords across social media is an effective way to monitor discussions related to your brand or products. You can select any word or phrase as a keyword, such as your brand name, product name, or specific topic of interest.🎯

To refine your search, use “AND” to require all keywords to be matched or “OR” to allow for any one keyword to be matched. Additionally, you can customize the time range and apply advanced filters to exclude data sources, matching modes, or certain keywords.

After initiating a search, the results page will showcase various mentions from diverse social media platforms. A mention, in this context, refers to a unique UR for a social media post, blog post, news article, etc. that contains the keywords you are tracking. You can sort the results by “Latest”, “Most Engagements” or “Most Comments” to quickly identify the most relevant mentions.

3. Create an AI report 

OK guys, you know how AI is making waves in the market these days, right? Well, we’ve implemented its capabilities to assist you with your everyday projects. We’re thrilled to present our mind-blowing AI reports!

To create an AI report, just go to the search page and click on “Create Report”.

On the report creation page, you can enter the report name. You can view the data range for AI analytics, and if you need to change it, you can use the “Adjust Range” option to modify the configurations.

If you wish to monitor new social mentions and receive notifications, you need to enable ongoing monitoring. Once enabled, you can add notification emails and set the email delivery time as per your preference.

4. View the Social Listening Report

This report empowers you to transform your business and take it to new heights. Here’s what you can expect:

🔍 Topic Summary: Our advanced AI algorithms can analyze your data and provide you with valuable insights. Our platform utilizes a text analysis method to identify and distinguish various topics from online social mentions. With the help of AI, the platform can analyze hundreds, or even thousands, of social posts, or articles, which would be impossible in the traditional way. This makes it easier to tailor marketing and PR activities to the needs of our customers and propose solutions that meet their needs.

  1. Hottest Topics: display popular topics sorted by engagement (sum of likes, reposts and comments).
  2. Negative Topics: show topics with negative sentiment analysis. The platform incorporated the LLP (Large Language Models) to implement sentiment analysis.

📈 Search Trend: Transform data trends into business insights.

  1. Search Trend: check the Google search trends for specific keywords over the past 12 months.
  2. Related Topic: find the relevant keywords on Google search, and view the trend.

📊 Mentions / Engagements Trend: Benchmark against different social media platforms to see their performance. Monitor the spread of social mentions and people’s engagements with them.

  1. Mentions represent the number of times your keywords (such as your brand or product) have been mentioned on social media.
  2. Engagements refer to the total number of likes, reposts, and comments of the posts that mention your keywords.

🚀 Key Influencers Tracking: The tool helps you identify a list of influential users who shape public opinion.

You can sort the influencers based on the number of followers, engagements, or mentions.

💥 Daily News: It is crucial to stay informed about any new updates related to your brand or products. By opting to receive daily updates, you can proactively address any market opportunities or potential issues. This approach allows you to identify PR crises and take appropriate action before things escalate.

If you choose to enable daily monitoring, the system will collect new social mentions and update you every day.

  1. Latest Topics: show you the most recent topics daily.
  2. Negative Topics: show topics with negative sentiment analysis daily.

5. Get Daily Notifications

📬 Daily News Email: Enable our daily monitoring service and stay informed about the latest updates in your brand or product mentions without lifting a finger!

You will receive summary reports directly in your inbox every day, giving you the knowledge you need to succeed right from the start of your day.

6. Report Management

View reports by clicking the report name in the Social Listening panel. You could rename or delete reports as needed.
